Shipping and Returns

Shipping

We ship with a variety of carriers. For locations in Canada and the United States, the cost of shipping is included. For other locations, the shipping charges must be paid by the buyer when the package arrives.

Customs Duties and Other Fees

All customs duties, brokerage charges, taxes, and other fees that are not included in the price shown on the payment page are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund. The item you return must be undamaged. If the item you return is damaged, we will not refund your payment.

Please note that we do not refund the cost of the return shipping charges. We also don't refund the outbound shipping charges if the item was shipped to a location outside Canada or the United States.
